November in North Myrtle Beach is off to a roaring start! New stores and restaurants have already opened, offering many more options for those on the north end. Mellow Mushroom recently opened their second location in the Grand Strand so now whether you are in Myrtle Beach or North Myrtle Beach you can always get great pizza!
TJ Maxx, Hobby Lobby, Dick's Sporting Goods, PetSmart, Ulta, Rackroom Shoes, Chipotle, Publix, and more will also be available to frequent for the upcoming shopping season in the Coastal North Shopping Center located on Hwy 17 in North Myrtle Beach near Cherry Grove.
The real estate market has really been heating up with applications for building permits up 40% and sales of existing homes on the rise as well. It is finally a great time for buyers and sellers alike as interest rates still remain low between 3.75% and 4%!
