As an owner you have access to all amenities the community has to offer including pool, hot tub, showers, clubhouse, bar, tennis court and basketball court. Mariners Pointe has close proximity to shopping, restaurants, beaches and medical facilities. It has a very quiet laid back atmosphere under large moss covered oak trees. Far enough away from the ocean to have not suffered any damage from any hurricanes.
