Position: Real Estate Sales Agent

We're seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our brokerage as a Real Estate Agent. As a pivotal member of our brokerage, you'll play a crucial role in establishing client relationships and facilitating successful property transactions. Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to think outside of the box.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers to facilitate property transactions.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values.
  • Generate leads through networking, marketing efforts, and client referrals. We do not buy and provide leads but we do teach you how to generate your own.
  • Showcase properties to potential buyers and assist them in finding their dream home.
  • Assist sellers in pricing their properties competitively and effectively marketing them to attract potential buyers.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers to ensure favorable terms for all parties involved.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying or selling process, addressing any concerns or questions promptly and professionally.
  • Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and deliver top-notch service.

Qualifications

  • Valid real estate license in South Carolina.
  • Experienced agents and new agents welcome
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome obstacles.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and learn new technologies/tools.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.

*This position is 100% commission based. Income information listed is for informational purposes only and not an offer of compensation. Applicants would be hired as Independent Contractors and will receive a 1099 for all income.
