Amazon is coming to the beach and bringing 100 jobs along with it!
North Myrtle Beach has seen it's share of growth and expansion recently in both commercial and residential sectors. The North Myrtle Beach Parks and Sports complex has just begun their expansion that will include an arcade, more sports fields, and small waterpark to compliment the incredible area they already have that also includes Shark Wake Park. In addition, new home communities are offering homebuyers more opportunity and incredible amenities.
This $14,000,000 Amazon project will be a same day delivery facility about 165,000 sf and located in the new industrial park area, Palmetto Coast Industrial Park, on Water Tower Road in North Myrtle Beach.
Pepsi had recently announced that they would be moving and expanding their facilities, formerly in Conway, to the Palmetto Coast Industrial Park and will now sit alongside newcomer, Amazon. Adjacent to this space you will also find a UPS Package Delivery Center in the McDowell Corporate Center.
